Enrolling in MACsEye

What Parents Need to Know

When enrolling your child in MACsEye, it’s a good idea to have all required documents and details ready to make the process smoother.

Some parents have experienced timeouts during the application, and the verification (captcha) may not appear properly on mobile devices. If possible, we recommend completing the enrolment on a laptop or desktop computer.

Before you begin, please have the following information on hand:

• Child’s CRN (Customer Reference Number)
• Claiming parent’s CRN
• Child’s immunisation records (if available)
• Child’s birth certificate
• Medicare card details, including expiry date
• Ambulance provider details (if available)

• Medical provider details, including provider numbers and address

   

Having these ready will help you complete the enrolment process quickly and avoid delays.
