Grade 1/2

Students have had a very busy three weeks. Our Mother's Day afternoon tea was a huge success. Education Week was celebrated with our STEM day last Friday. All students had a great time working together to experiment, design and build through a variety of engineering tasks. 

It was great to host a second year student teacher from Deakin University in our class. Katrina quickly immersed herself into our school community and worked hard to build relationships with each child and assist with their learning. Students were most impressed with how quickly she managed to learn everybody's names! We wish her well with her future studies.
