Thank You to Our Volunteers
We’re thrilled to announce that our participation in the Elmore Field Days Catering Committee (EFDCC) has helped raise an incredible $10,022.25 for Lockington Consolidated School. What an outstanding result!
This year, our school filled 147.5 rostered hours at the Field Days — even though we were only scheduled for 106 hours. We stepped up to cover extra shifts that other organisations couldn’t fill, and we also had two LCS parents join the EFDCC Executive Team.

More Wonderful Fundraising Events!
In the last 2 months we held three fantastic fundraising activities. One was a Family Photo Fundraiser, and the other two involved supporting community groups with their events. Together, these three fundraisers raised a total of $820. These efforts highlight what a wonderful, supportive community we have here in Lockington and how we continue to help each other.
A very special thank you goes to Melissa Gowler for organising the Family Photo Day. She did an amazing job, and we’re sure all families appreciate the time and effort she put into making it a success. Well done, Melissa!
The two community functions we supported were the Truck Rally and a wedding held at the Heritage Complex. We would like to sincerely thank Janelle Mancer, Melissa Gowler, and Michelle Stephenson for donating their time to help at these events. An extra special thank you goes to Vicki Bond and Sandra Chappel, proud grandparents of students at our school, who also volunteered their time. Your generosity truly reflects the spirit of our community.
