Free Flu Vaccination - Med Central, The Glen
The Med Central The Glen clinic is offering free flu vaccinations for all students at your school. This initiative is part of our ongoing commitment to making a meaningful contribution to the community by supporting public health and preventing the spread of the flu virus.
Influenza, or the flu, is a contagious respiratory illness caused by influenza viruses. It can vary in severity, from mild to severe, and in some cases, can lead to serious complications or even death. Administering a flu shot is vital for safeguarding both individual and public health by preventing severe flu-related illnesses and complications. It effectively reduces the risk of contracting the flu and mitigates its severity if infection occurs.
Our clinic is fully equipped with certified healthcare professionals to ensure that the vaccination process is quick, safe, and efficient for all individuals. This private free flu vaccine promotion is eligible for people aged 5-64. Government funded flu vaccine is eligible for people aged under 5 and people aged 65 years and older, for all Medicare card holders.
Our clinic is located inside Priceline Pharmacy at The Glen, on the Lower Ground Floor, conveniently located next to Coles. Please bring a digital version of your voucher (see below) when visiting, and one of our friendly staff members will be happy to assist you with the free flu vaccination.

This May at the Orchard – Pick Your Own Autumn Bounty 🍊🍈
Autumn is in full swing, and our orchard is bursting with colour and flavour. Right now, you can pick your own persimmons, feijoas, Valencia oranges, strawberry guava, kumquats, finger limes, quinces, tamarillos and figs – all ripe, juicy and fresh from the tree.It’s the perfect time to bring the family for a crisp morning in the orchard, enjoy the sunshine, and stock up on farm-fresh fruit.
🌿 Start the day with a fruit-picking adventure through our orchard.🍽️ Then settle in for a relaxing breakfast or lunch at our Peach Café, featuring hearty home-style meals, seasonal produce, and plenty of sweet treats (yes – we’ve got cake).🍑 For groups of 10 or more, why not try our harvest buffet lunch for a stunning seasonal feast! Please note we need a minimum of 48 hours notice for our harvest buffet bookings.

APPLICATIONS FOR THE MYO 2025 WINTER SCHOOL ARE NOW OPEN!
Join us this July and work with the state’s best conductors and educators in a fun and collaborative atmosphere. Daily rehearsals for three Symphonic Bands and two Choir groups will cater to all levels and interest.
You will be amazed how far you will come as an ensemble over the course of four days, immersed in the energising atmosphere of the MYO Winter School.
The week will conclude with a concert at Melbourne Recital Centre for families and friends to celebrate the work of our talented young musicians.
