Student Job Opportunity – Splash Devonport Pool Lifeguards

Looking for a rewarding job with flexible hours?  Splash Devonport is currently seeking Pool Lifeguards to join our team for the upcoming summer season, with ongoing employment opportunities available for successful applicants.  No experience is required to apply.

Successful applicants will be required to obtain:

•  Pool Lifeguard Qualification (includes CPR and First Aid)

•  Working with Children Check

•  National Police Check

Please note that these requirements are not required when applying but will need to be obtained before commencing employment.

Annual Dog Walk & Lunch 

As part of Mental Health Week 2026, Wellways Tasmania is hosting our Annual Dog Walk & Lunch on Saturday 17 October 2026 from 11.00am to 2.00pm at Anzac Park, Bells Parade, Somerset . This free community event celebrates the positive role that dogs play in supporting mental health, wellbeing and social connection. 

Whether you bring your own dog or simply enjoy spending time with fellow dog lovers, your presence would help make the event a great success. 

This annual event is a wonderful opportunity to connect with the community, raise awareness about mental health, and celebrate the companionship and unconditional support that our four-legged friends provide.
