2024 Reunions

Guests at the 30&35 Year Reunion

Walsh Club Luncheon

The first Walsh Club get together for the year was held towards the end Term One on a sunny day at The Glasshouse in Caulfield. The Walsh Club is made up of past students who have left Kilvington 50 or more years ago.

This was the biggest gathering to date of this vibrant group, where over 50 Kilvonians joined for fun, laughs, lunch and conversation.

Following on from last year’s success of letters being distributed to guests from current students, our Junior School leaders once again attended the event to deliver a heartfelt presentation and hand out special notes. These were gratefully received and many Kilvonians have written back to the authors, starting a lovely pen pal friendship.

The next Walsh Club gathering will take place on Friday 11 October in the Sport Centre at Kilvington. All alumni from the Class of 1973 and earlier cohorts are warmly invited to attend. You can book your ticket here.

40&45 Year Reunion

The 40&45 Year Reunion for the Classes of 1984 and 1979 was held in the Kilvington Sport Centre in the middle of Term 2. Our excited guests relished the opportunity to catch up with each other after such a long time and enjoyed small school tours led by our current School Ambassadors. This included a visit to The Hive (Harmony, Innovation, Vision and Excellence), Kilvington’s new science, technology and library centre.

Thank you to all Kilvonians who made the effort to join us and revisit the School, especially those who travelled from long distances to attend.

30&35 Year Reunion

There were smiles all round at the 30&35 Year Reunion, where the Classes of 1994 and 1989 joined together for lots of fun reminiscing, catching up with each other and many a tale being told.

It was so lovely to hear stories from Kilvonians Trish Zerha and Lisa Valavanis (nee Polglae), Class of 1989, who started at Kilvington together in Prep and remain friends to this day.

Thank you to Sally Moon (Class of 1989) for adding an extra special touch to the evening, arriving in her school blazer and beret and giving everyone a blast from the past.

Thanks also to former School Captain, Caroline Smith (nee Condon, Class of 1994) who joined the reunion by the power of Face Time. Definitely a Kilvington first!

20&25 Year Reunion

Most recently guests at the 20&25 Year Reunion enjoyed each others company and that of past teachers Mrs Patsy Venn and Ms Ann Cleghorn and current teachers Mrs Helen Cole and Ms Kerryn Warburton.

It was amazing to see past students who also happen to be current parents, committee members, and even the Chair of the School Board, catching up with schoolmates.
