Prayer

The Most Holy Body and Blood of Christ (Corpus Christi) Sunday 7 June
Loving God,
As we celebrate the Feast of the Most Holy Body and Blood of Christ, we give thanks for the wonderful gift of Jesus in the Eucharist. Through the bread and wine, Jesus reminds us that He is always with us, nourishing us with His love and strengthening us to live as His disciples.
In every Mass, we are invited to gather as one family, sharing in Christ's presence and receiving the grace we need to be people of kindness, compassion, and service. The Eucharist is not simply something we receive; it is a gift that calls us to become more like Jesus in our daily lives.
As members of our school community, may we reflect Christ's love in the way we speak, learn, play, and care for one another. May we recognise Jesus in those around us, especially those who need friendship, encouragement, and support.
Let us pray that the Body and Blood of Christ will inspire us to be grateful hearts, generous hands, and joyful witnesses of God's love.
Lord Jesus, Thank You for the gift of the Eucharist. Help us to remember that You are always with us. Nourish us with Your love and teach us to share that love with others. May our school community be a place of welcome, kindness, and faith. Guide us to serve others as You served us, and help us to become the people You call us to be.
Amen.
