Last week the year 10 Food Studies class investigated the function of sugar to feed yeast to make the perfect focaccia. Their design brief was ‘Spring Racing’ and if you look closely, you can actually see a horse in one of the designs.
Well done everyone.
Year 10 hospitality made pasta and it looks delicious.
Make bake and decorate students made their cupcakes for a 5 year old’s birthday.
