Physical Education in the Community Hub

PE classes have enjoyed moving into the Community Hub this term. The hand over of our final building occurred with perfect timing as we have seen colder, wetter weather over the last three weeks. The Community Hub consists of three courts, two exercise rooms and a classroom. 

Students have been undertaking a unit on Volleyball this term which culminate in an excursion to beach volleyball courts. Students will participate in a round robin tournament to showcase the skills learnt throughout the volleyball unit. This tournament will also allow PE staff to assess students on their interpersonal skills such as leadership, sportsmanship and respect.
