🌱 Growing Great Scientists in STEM! 🌱

This term in STEM, students have begun exploring Biological Sciences by investigating how plants and animals obtain the food and energy they need to survive. They are learning about food chains, including the important roles of producers and consumers, and how energy flows through living systems.

To support their learning, students created their own 'Hairy Harry' by planting grass seeds in soil. Over the coming weeks, they will observe the changes in their plants, record their observations, and make predictions about how their plants will grow under different conditions. This hands-on investigation will help students develop their scientific observation skills while deepening their understanding of what living things need to grow and survive.
