Senior School News

We have now farewelled the class of 2025! We had a lovely week of celebrations last week; primary school dress up/future career dress-up, favourite TV/Movie character dress up, sausage sizzle, teacher song dedication, chalk signoff, Year 12 Keepsake affirmations for each other and teacher song dedications. They were a delight during their final week of schooling and it was nice to see them all together in the VCE Centre when the final school bell rang.
It was wonderful to see so many families join us to share in this milestone, filling the gym with warmth and pride. It was a special opportunity to celebrate their VCE journey and look back on their time at MGSC. The assembly was a heartfelt farewell, marking the end of classes and the beginning of final exams for our graduating students. We wish them all the very best in the weeks ahead.
The Year 12 Exam Period commences on Tuesday 28 October and runs through until the 19 November. The VCE Centre will be out of action during this time. Students are to use the Library during their study periods or if Year 12s want to be onsight. If students need to speak to anyone in the Senior School, they need to enter via the Careers Room.
We wish the Year 12 students the best of luck with their upcoming exams and know that they will do their very best!
