School Captains Report
We hope all of you have had a wonderful start to Term 1, it has been great to see all of the new students settling in and everyone getting involved with all of events we had over the past few weeks; whether that be participating in swimming carnival, watching your first open mic of the year, or supporting the valentine's day fundraiser with sending or receiving a rose!
Get ready for more excitement because we have got a busy term ahead! Athletics is just around the corner, and we cannot wait to see the house spirit and participation levels skyrocket (get your costumes ready!!). Choral’s practice is also already underway, and we love seeing the enthusiasm evident throughout the houses as you all practise your set songs. Plus, mark your calendars for something extra special: our International Women's Day High Tea.
On March 8th, from 1:30 to 3pm, join us for a delightful afternoon celebrating the achievements of women everywhere. We will have some incredible SCHS alumni sharing their stories of success and the challenges they have overcome along the way. Be quick because we have only got 80 spots available, and they are sure to fill up fast!!
This event is all about inclusivity meaning that everyone is welcome, we would love to have you join us as we toast to equality and empowerment.
We are super excited for everything else in store this year, and we cannot wait to share more memorable events with all of you. Let's keep the good times rolling and continue building a school community where everyone feels valued and supported.
Cheers to an awesome year ahead!
Your School Captains,
Finlay, Wana, Trisha and Vijval :)
