Housing Options 101
The session will be run online on 19th October, 5.30-6.30pm by the Housing Hub.
Housing Hub is a not-for-profit organisation that helps people with disability and their families understand and navigate their housing options under the NDIS. In this session, they will explore housing pathways after school, including Specialist Disability Accommodation (SDA), Supported Independent Living (SIL) and Individualised Living Options (ILO), who may be eligible, and the key people you need on your team. You will also learn how Housing Hub can support you throughout the housing journey and will have the opportunity to ask questions during the session via Zoom Q&A.
Please note, this session is recommended for families of Year 10 – 12 students. You are welcome to register if your child is younger, however we will offer this session again in the future.
To register: Concord School - Housing Options.
