Harmony Day 2024

This year Harmony Day is on the 21st March. Harmony Week is the celebration that recognises our diversity and brings together Australians from all different backgrounds.

It’s about inclusiveness, respect and a sense of belonging for everyone.

Students can wear orange to show your support, or you can wear an outfit that represents your families' cultural background.

The day was created in 1999 to celebrate unity and diversity, Harmony Day was originally an Australian celebration but is now marked worldwide by conscientious citizens.

At SJV we have organised a dance group to work with the children and then we are inviting families to join us at 2.30pm for a whole school parade and whole school dance.
