Indigenous Heroes and Migrant Stories    

Through our Inquiry the students have been researching an Aboriginal hero/warrior. Students discovered what their chosen individual became known for and their impact on our society today. 

Students have also inquired about migration in the mid to late 1900’s from Europe and Asia. Students learnt about the stories of why they came to Australia and what skills, talents and commodities they brought with them to make our country what it is today.  We also looked at modern day migrants and their impact on Australia.
