Senior School after school Learning Hub

The Senior School after school Learning Hub runs on Wednesday and Thursday afternoons, with lunchtime mathematics sessions also available on Monday, Tuesday and Thursday.

Governor’s Commendations and erit Ceremony 2026 – student achievements

On Wednesday 11 February, several of our students attended the 2026 Governor’s Commendations and Merit Ceremony at Government House, recognised for their exceptional achievements in the South Australian Certificate of Education (SACE).

Congratulations to the following students:

• Alex R, 2025 School Captain: Mathematical Methods
• Sarah H: General English

• Taylor M and Priya V: Activating Identities and Futures

   

Earning a SACE subject merit is an outstanding accomplishment. Merits are awarded to students who achieve an A+ and are identified by the SACE selection panel as having demonstrated truly exceptional performance—this is noted as an “A+ with Merit” on their Record of Achievement. Fewer than 2% of students receive this recognition in each subject area.

We commend Alex, Sarah, Taylor and Priya for their dedication, hard work and for representing Aberfoyle Park High School with distinction. Their success is a testament to their commitment to learning and the support of our teachers and school community.
