👉 Student Absence... if your child is not attending school, please enter their absence on PAM or notify the Office by phone or email office@smseymour.catholi.edu.au by 8.30am. This will prevent an SMS being sent inquiring about the reason for their absence as well as ensuring efficiency and accuracy of student rolls. It is now compulsory that we have contact from a parent for all absences.
Not reporting a student absence reflects
on their attendance and in turn on their school report !!!
👉 Arriving Late... All late arrivals MUST sign in at the office prior to going to Homeroom/Class (this eliminates parents receiving an absentee sms messages).
👉 Announcements... Will not be made during class time. These will only be made at Recess and Lunchtime.
👉 Travelling On A Friends Bus... a 'adhoc bus travel form' needs to be completed the day before travelling. These forms are available from the College Office.
