Our school library is delighted to showcase the efforts of students in Ceramics.

The display titled “Ceramics Shoe Sculpture” allows students to develop their knowledge of slab and freeform construction techniques through the production of a ceramic shoe sculpture.

Students construct their shoe based on observational drawing studies, demonstrating a visual understanding and perception of what a shoe actually looks like, paying particular attention to tone, form and textural details.
