Parent Thank You
We have many wonderful parents who clean the College Chapel fortnightly. They give their time for us as a community, but also as a sign of love and devotion to God. They are a very important part of the whole purpose and identity of the College. For all of them I say thank you!
A group of our relatively new parent cleaners have recently made a generous donation to the Chapel for a new vacuum cleaner to help with this cleaning. We accept this gift with great thanks for your thought and commitment to ensuring the best for all of us.
We thank Kristie Bitar, Karemeh Malek, Samantha Abdrabo, Ruba Ghabar, Samia Romanous, and Fadia Nassif for this generous gift.
On a related matter if anybody else would like to join the Chapel cleaning roster you can contact my assistant, Frances Spagnuolo at frances.spagnuolo@spc.nsw.edu.au. She will be able to give you next steps. You will require a Working With Children Check number. The more volunteers we have the less often everybody needs to clean.

1.Father's Day Mass
The College’s Fathers’ Day Masses will take place on Friday 4 September in the College Gymnasium. All fathers, grandfathers and father figures are welcome to celebrate with their sons. (No mothers, siblings outside of SPC or others.)
7:45 AM Mass is for families in Berg, Coghlan and Crichton
9:30 AM Mass is for families in Hanrahan, Hickey and Rice.
Could you RSVP at this link by 24 August so we can collate numbers for seating, communion and morning tea please?

2.Parent Retreat
This will be going ahead on 14/15 November (Sat 5pm to Sun 3pm). We have good numbers but would love some more. An email will be sent to all interested parties to secure their booking with payment by next week.
