Year 12 Graduation 2026
A significant milestone is approaching for our Year 12 students, with the Graduation Ceremony for the Class of 2026 taking place on Thursday 24 September 2026 at 9:30am. The ceremony is expected to conclude at approximately 11.30am, followed by light refreshments for students, staff and official guests. We look forward to coming together as a College community to celebrate the achievements, growth and journey of our graduating students.
Due to health and safety requirements, each family may have up to three family members or guests attend the ceremony. For extended family and friends who are unable to attend in person, the ceremony will be live streamed and recorded. There will be allocated seating, students will receive tickets to give to their guests on Wednesday 23 September. Guests are asked to arrive in time to be seated by 9.15am.
Graduation gowns have been specifically ordered for each Year 12 student and will be distributed following the Graduation Rehearsal on Wednesday 23 September. The cost of the gown is $30.00 and students will keep their gown following the ceremony. Each student will also receive a commemorative sash as a gift from the College to wear on Graduation Day. Families who have not yet paid for their gown are asked to finalise payment via School Bytes or the College Office as soon as possible. Any family genuinely unable to meet this cost is encouraged to contact the office as soon as possible so that we can provide assistance.
Students are required to wear full school uniform to the Graduation Ceremony. In particular, black school shoes must be worn and shorts are not permitted.
We look forward to sharing this special occasion with our students, families, staff and official guests as we celebrate the Class of 2026 and wish them well for the exciting journey ahead.
Wyndham Alumni
Wyndham College is incredibly proud of Abdul Jamil Rahimi, a remarkable alumni from the Class of 2025 whose journey continues to inspire our whole community.
Arriving in Australia from Afghanistan as a refugee, Abdul embraced a new country and future with courage and a deep commitment to helping others. His leadership and advocacy have already made a powerful impact since graduating.
Abdul was recently honoured with the Youth Emerging Leader Award - Blacktown Multicultural Awards , recognising his outstanding contribution to multicultural harmony, youth empowerment, and community leadership.
In 2025, Abdul was invited to speak at the One Voice, One Humanity: Next Gen event at UTS — a youth‑led human rights and social justice forum. He shared his insights on leadership, refugee children, and his personal journey, representing Wyndham College with pride and purpose.
Abdul has also written a powerful book, The Voice of the Voiceless, shining a light on the Pashtun people and their peaceful struggle for human rights in Pakistan. His work amplifies stories that too often go unheard.

Uniform Shop
The uniform shop is open on Thursday mornings from 9am to10am.
You can find the shop on the upper level of C Block, just head up the Pelican stairs and go straight ahead. There is a lift available for those who need it.
