Thank you for your patience as we work to finalise the 2026 Back to School Toolkit. Our goal is to make sure every family feels well-prepared for a smooth and positive start to the year.
The toolkit will be ready and shared with families soon. For any questions in the meantime, please contact the College on (03) 6108 2560.

We're putting the finishing touches on this year's Bloom festival, and we can't wait to share what's in store!
We warmly invite the entire St Mary's College community to join us on Wednesday 26 November for an inspiring afternoon celebrating creativity and sustainability across our Junior and Senior Schools.
The event will feature a diverse program of music, drama and dance performances, complemented by food, drinks and entertainment on the College Green. Visitors can also view the Year 7–12 Visual Art Exhibition in the Mary Morgan Wing (entry via the College Green).
The exhibition provides an important opportunity for our emerging young artists to present their work to an audience and celebrate their artistic achievements throughout the year.
Bloom | Event details:
At 4.00pm, we are honoured to present a Smoking Ceremony and Welcome to Country led by members of our First Nations community.
Throughout the afternoon, guests can enjoy fashion shows, a buzzing Maker's Market (perfect for all your Christmas gifting needs) and our Sustainability Fair, highlighting eco-friendly ideas and initiatives for sustainable living.
There will be interactive garden tours, hands-on workshops, second-hand stalls to browse, delicious food, drinks and treats, and fun activities for all ages – join a weaving circle, build eco-friendly instruments, snap memories at the photo booth, craft your own Christmas wreath and try your hand at playing the ukulele.
All funds raised will support the College garden.
RSVP
Entry is free, but registration is essential via the link here.
Token payment system
To help the event run smoothly, we will be introducing a token-based payment system. Tokens can be used at all stalls, including for food, hot/cold drinks and ice cream purchases. They will be available for purchase on the night at designated stations located on the College Green.
Tokens will be available in denominations of $2 and $1. Please plan your budget carefully and spend wisely throughout the evening.
Tokens are non-refundable, so if you have any remaining, consider passing them on to a friend to ensure they are used.
Donations welcome
We're still seeking donations for Bloom and would love your support! In particular, we're looking for quality second-hand clothing, books, toys, potted plants, glass jars and bread tags.
For full details and drop-off information, please visit our website.
Thank you for your continued support of the Visual Arts at SMC. We look forward to celebrating with you.
