Division Athletics

On Wednesday 8th October, 22 ARPS students represented the Springvale District at the Greater Dandenong Division Athletics event held at Casey Fields. All students competed to the best of their ability, and they should be very proud of their efforts. 

Below are the results of all students.  Those who finished first or second in their event have qualified for the Southern Regional Athletics event held at Casey Fields on Wednesday 22nd October.

• Shot Put: Roger 2nd (PB), Mary-Grace 2nd, Tasha 3rd (PB), Ajay 3rd, Abby 4th (PB), Johnson 5th

• Discus: Mary-Grace 1st, Tasha 2nd (PB), Ajay 4th, Abby 4th, Roger 4th, Johnson 6th

• Long Jump: Nelson V 5th

• Triple Jump: Tavera 3rd (PB), Florence 6th

• 100m: Zac 3rd (PB), Vanessa 4th (PB)

• 200m: Alex H 3rd

• 800m: Weaab 2nd, Tri 5th, Binghong 5th

• Hurdles: Alex H 1st (PB)

• 4 x 100m Relay: 12/13 yo boys (Zac, Alex, Tri, Ethan N) 3rd, 12/13 yo girls (Lenny, Tavera, Jennica, Rebecca K) 5th, 9/10 yo girls (Vanessa, Lola, Cindy C, Seleny) 4th
