Junior School Report
Term 4 has very quickly come to a close and has brought our 2023 year to a fantastic end for all of our junior students. Congratulations to all students for their strong work ethic and participation throughout the year.
A reminder to all parents that Semester Two Reports will be able to be viewed in the last week of school. We strongly encourage all parents and guardians to thoroughly read your child’s report.
Courtesy note to families to please check Compass messages regarding 2024 Booklists and Year 9 Bring Your Own Device in 2024 for details and specifications.
Term 4 IMPACT, Assemblies and End Of Year Activity Program
All Junior students recently finished off their IMPACT classes with end of year assemblies where the theme was celebrating student achievement and participation throughout Term 4. Congratulations to all students who received Semester 2 Principal awards at our end of year Awards Night and Student of the Month Awards. We also congratulate all students who performed in our end of year Performing Arts music, drama and dance night.
Our end of year activity program again proved a great success with our school picnic, Funfields and Action Indoor Sports/Inflatable World activities. A very big thank you to Ms Barker and Mr Lyras for their excellent organisation of the program and to all staff and students for their wonderful support and participation in the activities.
Year 7 2024
Our incoming Year 7’s recently attended both our Information night and had a very successful Orientation Day, experiencing a variety of classes, a Performing Arts concert, tour of the school and some ice breaker activities to get to know other students. Well done to all of our new Year 7 students for starting their transition in such a positive way. We look forward to more fantastic transition experiences including our Day 1 amazing race and Camp in Week 3.
Thank you
The Junior School would like to thank all staff for working and supporting all of our Year 7 and Year 8 students throughout the year. We wish all staff leaving Reservoir High School the very best and thank them for the wonderful service to our Junior students.
In 2024, the Junior School has a small change with Mr James Rubira coordinating Year 7 and Ms Christine Farrugia Year 8 Coordinator.
On behalf of the Junior school team we would like to wish all of our students and their families a wonderful Christmas and holiday season. We look forward to an exciting and very rewarding school year in 2024.
