Senior Netball

Our Year 11 and 12 Netball teams headed to Gloria Pyke Stadium to compete in the Beachside round robin on Monday. Our Year 12s, in the B team, had some wins and losses but were overall happy to enjoy one of their last interschool sport days with friends. On the other hand, our Year 11 A team, had more wins than losses, coming up against cross town rivals Mentone Girls in the final game of the day to lose by one goal. Our Chelt.Sec Year 11 team has already vowed to return with a vengeance next year. Thank you to Ms Beames and Mr Smart for taking the teams.

As posted on our socials last weekend - Vitoria took out the Silver Medal

After facing some tough School Sport Victoria tryouts, Matt Fielden was named in the starting line up for Team Victoria and qualified for the 2026 School Sport

Australia Baseball Championships, currently being held in Adelaide.

The SSV Team Vic representative program provides an opportunity for Victoria’s emerging student athletes to challenge themselves against Australia’s best school-aged athletes.

We congratulate Matt on his effort and determination to compete in the sport he loves. As First Baseman, Team Vic's first line of defense, we wish Matt every success. The Victoria Team is through to the medal round, which will be held over this weekend. Not to be outdone by her older brother, Sarah Fielden also represented Victoria at the Australian Women's Youth Championships, during the school holidays from April 12-18 at Melbourne Ballpark. Victoria finished fourth overall.
