Thank you for the huge response to our Pre Loved Clothing Stall. We are NO LONGER taking any donations.

Silent Auction Donations

We are looking for anyone who may be interested in donating an item, voucher or experience to the silent auction at the fete to please contact Premila via email premila.paiva@gmail.com

Big Wheel Hampers

Tubs are now located in classrooms for donations of items for the big wheel hampers. There will be 2 tubs per class and the themes are:

Please start collecting items to add to your classes tubs. 

Pick-A-Jar

A fun activity to do with the kids over the holidays is to make up some Pick-A-Jars. We are now collecting filled jars to be left in the Foyer. Items used can be anything from sweets to small toys or accessories. Another popular option is a $5 note in a jar, as an added bonus the children like to spend it at the fete.

Cake Stall

In first week of November, we will send home containers for families to donate baked goods and treats for the cake stall. We are looking for biscuits, slices, cupcakes or muffins, rather than large cakes so we can package them into smaller, more affordable bundles. Please ensure you list the ingredients and return to the school by Thursday 19th November.

Show & Shine Cars

We invite owners of classic or vintage cars to enter them into our Show & Shine display. There will be competitions to guess the make/model/year/colour etc. so if you have something in your garage you’d like to bring along, please speak to Sophie or Kate H.

The SAKG Market Stall

Spring is here and the weather has been perfect for projects in the garden. During the holidays, we encourage our green thumb families to start planting seeds to raise for sale in the SAKG Market Stall. Better in the kitchen? We are also looking for jams, chutneys, sauces, preserves, pickled vegetables etc. Please list all ingredients clearly. All profits from the stall will be used for the construction and planting of our new garden and mini orchard.

Fete Flyers

There are now bundles of flyers printed at the office. Please take some to distribute to shop windows, community notice boards, waiting areas of clinics, sporting clubs, kinders etc. The letterbox drop will commence week 4 of October.

Promoting Our Fete

The Fete is a great way to invite new, local families into our school along with raising funds to support our children's learning. We want to promote the Fete to the Monash community to help our school grow. 

You will also notice lots of posts on our in Facebook and Instagram pages promoting the fete. Please spend a few minutes a week to like, comment on and share our posts to you friends and any local groups your are a part of.
