Thank you to those who have been able to join the fair subcommittee, and huge thanks to Raathika for being the main organiser.
Entertainment, amusements, petting farm and silent disco have all been locked in!
Still in need of someone/group who may be able to coordinate food.
Currently donations and canvassing for prizes is the main goal until the logistical organisation is needed closer to the date.
If you know/shop/support a business that you may be comfortable approaching to ask for donations/prizes we will put up the canvassing letter and link to the live document with businesses that have been approached for you to use. Please just check the list to make sure we don’t double up asking the same business.
🔨🌭Bunnings BBQ 🔨 🧅
Our next Bunnings BBQ will be held on;
THIS SATURDAY June 7th from 8am - 4.00pm
We will need helpers to cook and serve in 1-2 hour blocks throughout the day. Please fill in the Google form if you are available to help.
