Open Day
Thank you to the many volunteers who helped with the BBQ and cake stall duties at Open Day. The renowned St Pius X community spirit was very evident and clearly visible to prospective parents.
Seeking Class Parents to fill vacancies
The P&F is seeking enthusiastic volunteers to take on the role of Class Parent. There are multiple vacancies across all year groups. Class parents play a vital role in strengthening our community and make a real difference to College life for our sons. The P&F makes $2,000 available annually to class parents to invest in year group events. A P&F Class Parent coordinator and best practice guides are also available to assist those new to the role, and SPX staff are available for ongoing support. We need your support. If you are interested in learning more or volunteering, please contact the P&F President.
⚽ 2026 Football Season Launch – Save the Date
We’re excited to kick off the 2026 football season with our annual Season Launch at Willoughby Bowling Club on Sunday 29 March from 3:00 pm – 6:00 pm.
This is a fantastic opportunity for our football community to come together before the season begins. Parents, carers, staff and players are all welcome, and boys are encouraged to bring their siblings along as well. It will be a relaxed afternoon with great food, plenty of time to socialise, and space for the boys to kick a ball around in nearby Willoughby Park while getting to know their teammates.
One of the highlights of the afternoon will be the presentation of the First XI jerseys for the season. It’s a special moment that recognises these players and provides inspiration for all the boys involved in football this year.
Photos from last year’s fantastic event are attached – and we’re hoping for another sell-out crowd this year.
🎟 Tickets are available now:

We look forward to seeing many football families there as we launch the season together. ⚽
Thank you for your support.
