Australian Teacher’s of Dancing National Championships.

Kalarni, a Year 8 student from Lakeside College, has been learning ballet, jazz, lyrical, contemporary dance since she was two-years old. She loves classical ballet and hopes to one day make this her career. 

On April 19-20 Kalarni went to Adelaide to compete in the Australian Teacher’s of Dancing National Championships. Over the two days Kalarni took a class with the adjudicator which was worth 50% of her final score. She then performed a classical solo with which she came second place in Australia.

Kalarni continues to participate in various competitions around Victoria and has continued to shine with multiple places awarded within her chosen field of dance.
