Canteen Kitchen Upgrade

Last week we were excited to see the upgrade to our canteen kitchen at the Millgrove campus completed. The refreshed space looks fantastic and will make a big difference for the many activities that happen there.

Our students and staff are excited now that the kitchen upgrade has been completed and we can get back into the space for Breakfast Club and cooking activities. These are always such wonderful opportunities for students to learn practical skills, work together and enjoy time with their peers.

This week, some of our students have also been making great use of the space during Electives, spending time in the kitchen preparing and cooking together. These sessions provide a fantastic opportunity for students to develop independence, practise teamwork and build confidence while creating something delicious to share.

A big thank you to everyone involved in supporting the upgrade, we’re looking forward to making great use of the space again!
