Reminder - Meet the Specialists Information Session 2026

Monday 9 March - From 9am in the School Library

Specialist staff at Hurstville Public School work with students in the classrooms, on the playground and in small group withdrawal sessions. Staff in specialist roles are an integral part of our school community and support students with their academic, social and emotional needs.

On Monday 9 March, our specialist teams (Languages, EAL/D, Learning & Support, Library, 3Bridges Team, and AP Curriculum and Instruction) will be holding an information session for all parents to learn about the role each team plays in enhancing the learning and wellbeing outcomes of our students.

There will be light refreshments provided from 9.00am in the school library followed by an interactive information session from 9.15am to 9.45am. You are invited to attend and find out how specialist staff support your child at school.

We look forward to seeing you there. Please see the flyer below, including a QR code RSVP:

Reminder - Hurstville PS - Community Satisfaction Survey

Open until 11 March 2026

Schools in the Georges River network are focusing deeply in 2026 on connections across their school communities.

We have developed a short Community Satisfaction survey for each school to collect some baseline data. We would really appreciate you completing this survey in the upcoming 2 weeks.

This is a short, 10-question survey designed to help us understand how our school communicates with our community.

We would really appreciate you taking a few moments to share your feedback. Your responses will help us identify what is working well and highlight areas where we can focus on to continue to improve.

Please click this link to begin - Hurstville Public School Community Satisfaction Survey

The link will be available until Wednesday 11 March, we appreciate you taking the time to assist us in this survey.

Thank you for your help and support with this endeavour.
