Hello Auburn Community,

My name is Alex Elliott (Ms. Elliott), and I am excited to join Auburn High School as an English and Humanities teacher. I am in the final months of completing my Master of Teaching at Deakin University and have had the pleasure of undertaking my placements at Ashwood High School and Montmorency Secondary College.

I hold a Bachelor of Arts from Melbourne University, where I majored in History and Art History. My passion for teaching stems from a desire to foster critical and analytical thinking in approaching the study of literature, art, and history.

In my free time, I enjoy walking my Staffy/Red Heeler Maggie and cheering on the Richmond Tigers (although there have only been two opportunities for cheering this season).

I am thrilled to be part of the Auburn High School community and look forward to getting to know all the wonderful students, parents, and staff.
