Auburn High School student win top honours

Ethan Williams received top honours this week for their outstanding VCE results in 2023.

Ethan received a Premier’s VCE Award for excellence in Business Management. This is due to his perfect study score of 50, and his placement in the top 6 students in the state of Victoria. He is rightfully considered among the top VCE students in the state in 2023. Even more impressive is that he achieved this as a Year 11 student. He is presently completing Year 12 and is hopeful of studying a Commerce degree at either Melbourne University or Monash.

Ethan is a humble recipient of the distinguished award. He said ‘it was truly an awe inspiring moment to see all my work come together in an area that I’m so very passionate about, and an honour like no other to represent my school’.

Throughout the ceremony teachers were acknowledged for their inspiration, expertise and care for students. Ethan also expressed his gratitude to his teacher and the School. He thanked Mr Sheidaee for his inspiration and constant dedication, my parents for their ongoing support and encouragement, and the school for its facilitation of an incredible learning environment.

I am extremely proud of all our students and Ethan’s Premier’s VCE Award is an indication of the excellent behaviours, and standards of our students.
