School Officers

Our wonderful team of School Officers plays a vital role in maintaining our expansive 91,900-square-metre campus (approximately 9.19 hectares or 22.7 acres), ensuring it remains a safe, functional, and welcoming environment for our school community to enjoy.

Darryl, Chris, and David attend to the wide range of upkeep tasks and minor repairs that keep our school running smoothly. While specialist work is carried out by qualified tradespeople when required, our School Officers expertly manage the many maintenance jobs that do not require a licensed trade. From caring for our large oval and garden beds to maintaining walkways and facilities, they are constantly working behind the scenes to ensure our school is presented at its very best.

Their role extends far beyond mowing lawns and tightening screws. School Officers are responsible for maintaining school facilities, monitoring site safety, and managing a variety of operational and logistical tasks across the campus. Working closely with our Business Manager, they help keep the school clean, safe, and fully functional for students, staff, and visitors.

Collectively, our team has dedicated more than 61 years of service to the Department for Education, working tirelessly to maintain school grounds and facilities that are safe, welcoming, and enjoyable for everyone.

We thank Darryl, Chris, and David for their dedication, hard work, and the pride they take in caring for our school every day. Their contribution is an essential part of what makes our school such a great place to learn and work.
