Hello and welcome to this edition of our school newsletter.
This morning I'm reporting to you live from the setup of house week.
The students and house leaders are doing an amazing job creating fun opportunities for all of our students to engage in an array of activities that help build house spirit, a sense of belonging and collectiveness to our school community.
This week has been one for the Arts. Last night I had the joy of visiting Artskape and seeing incredibly amazing art pieces that uh just blow my mind with the creativity of our students thinking critical analysis about how art forms the way they are as young people. Shortly after that, Reelies, another event. All of the arts and the beautiful films and documentaries that were made by our incredibly talented students were put on show to share with families, friends, and students.
Stay tuned and look for opportunities to watch some of those films as they get shared among our community via our socials.
Tonight, yet again, I am looking forward to another incredible opportunity to hear our instrumental music students perform in their ensembles and concert bands and performance groups around providing amazing music, incredible talent show.
Please make sure you come and support them tonight.
P&C are putting on a bar and food as well.
So, it's not too late to come along and enjoy the talents of The Gap State High School.
