Write a Book in a Day

Last Thursday we had 165 students in the library participating in Write a Book in a Day. 

All teams successfully completed the challenge! It was great to see so many new and returning students and special shout out to those students in Year 12 who have been involved since they were in Year 7! 

We are still fundraising for the Kids Cancer Project and you can contact me if you would like the links to make a donation. 

I just want to say a big thank you to everyone who helped out on the day especially Ms Stephenson, Ms McCarthy, Mr Bell & Ms Laidlaw for all your help throughout the day and evening. Ms Buchanan for all your help leading up the event and on the day. The IT and library staff for all your practical and moral support and for welcoming students into our space. And thank you to all the staff that came and visited to show your support throughout the day – the students really appreciate it.
