Autumn Fair 2025

Dear Families,

Our Autumn Fair is coming together beautifully as our collective efforts ramp up! With the Fair just over 2 weeks away, here are some important updates to help us all be Fair Ready:

📝 Sign Up to Volunteer

From Friday, May 2, please sign up to support your Class Stall and/or help with set up and pack down:

🎟️ Raffle

Early next week, a book of 10 raffle tickets will be sent home with your eldest child.We have some amazing prizes – please buy and sell as many as you can to help raise funds for our school.

🍰 Baking, Preserves & Lemonade

Now is the time to:

• Bake cakes for freezing
• Make preserves (jars available from the Fair Table)
• Donate local lemons or citrus for our lemonade – drop off at the Fair Table

📄 Food Supply Documentation

To meet our environmental health obligations:

• All donated food must be recorded (including cakes & preserves)
• Forms are available at the Fair Table pin board and on the day
• All items must include a list of ingredients
• Preserve stickers are available at the pin-up board

Food safety is especially important for curry stall cooks! We recommend completing this short online course:

💰 Finances

Please submit reimbursement forms to your coordinators as soon as possible. This helps our finance team and speeds up the tally of fair fundraising totals.

Come lend a hand! Whether you can spare 30 minutes or 3 hours – every bit helps.

🧵 Craft-a-noon Tea

📅 Sunday, May 11🕑 2:00 – 4:00 PM📍 6 Warburton Street (Elise’s place) All are welcome – even if you’re not a crafter, there will be a job for you!

🧸 Animal packs are still available to make – find them at the Fair Table.
