Last Friday, our students were fortunate to take part in a wonderful concert with Andrew Chinn. The children enthusiastically sang, danced, clapped, and joined in with his uplifting and inspirational songs about God’s love and presence in our lives. Throughout the concert, Andrew shared important messages about faith, kindness, friendship, and the importance of building strong and caring communities. His music reminded us all of our call to be Christ-like in our daily interactions by showing compassion, respect, forgiveness, and care for others. It was a joyful and engaging experience that brought our school community together through music, prayer, and celebration.

First Reconciliation

This week, we have also celebrated the Sacrament of Reconciliation across four beautiful and reverent ceremonies. The children approached this important sacrament with maturity, thoughtfulness, and deep respect. Each ceremony was peaceful and reflective, providing students with an opportunity for prayer, contemplation, and reconciliation with God. We are incredibly proud of the reverence shown by the children in both their preparation and participation throughout these special celebrations of faith.

First Eucharist:

• Family Night : Tuesday 11 August
•  Parent Night (no students) with Father Kevin: Tuesday 18 August
• Commitment Masses: Sunday 30 August at 10:00am and 5:30pm
• First Eucharist Celebrations: Sundays 8, 15 and 22 November at 10:00am and 5:30pm

Confirmation:

• Family Night : Tuesday 28 July
• Commitment Masses: Sunday 2 August at 10:00am and 5:30pm
• Confirmation Celebrations: Tuesday 8 September, Wednesday 9 September and Thursday 10 September in the evenings
