NDIS Navigator

I hope you are enjoying the lovely sunshine today! 

Just a brief update from me today.

Lately I have been working lots with our Senior Secondary team about supporting our students graduating from school. We are currently looking into excursions for some of our students to tour local services, and talking with services about the potential for family tours also. 

If you have a student finishing school in the next few years, I would love to touch base with you to help ensure that your child's NDIS plan will be appropriately adjusted for this big change.

And of course if you have a child at any age and you have questions or would like support regarding their NDIS plan, I am more than happy to assist where I can. Please feel free to contact me via email: katherine.coller@education.vic.gov.au or by calling the office.
