If you don't know us, we're Mittagundi - an outdoor education centre and working farm established with the belief that young people, mountains, purposeful work and challenges are natural partners.

The main purpose of Mittagundi is to provide programs for young people (age 14 to 17) to explore Victoria’s high country and themselves. They spend time bush walking, camping, abseiling from nearby cliffs, rafting the Mitta Mitta River and helping to run a farm. The atmosphere at Mittagundi is simple, honest and happy. There are no watches, no timetables and no devices. Instead there is an opportunity for young people to live and work together in an environment where people matter more than anything else.

We are not-for-profit, and would really appreciate the opportunity to spread the word about our programs.  We also offer generous sponsorship options for those who might not be able to afford it.  We believe that ALL young people should have the opportunity to come to Mittagundi.

No one should miss out due to finances.

From Here to There is a special evening of music, community and connection, bringing together the talented students of St Patrick’s College and the musicians of the Sale City Band. This unique concert celebrates the power of live music and the opportunities that come from bringing young and experienced performers together on stage.
