Late Arrivals

If your student arrives at school after the music has stopped playing, they will need to sign in at the office. 

We are happy to assist you and your children at the office with this. 

This prevents us from sending you a clarification text. 

Absences 

Just a friendly reminder to please advise the school of student absences at your earliest convenience, either via email or the absence line.

When leaving a message on the absence line, please include your name, the student's name, and classroom, along with the reason for the absence.

Extended Absences

Extended absences during term time, eg holidays, need to be communicated with our principal, Mrs Carrie Rodda.

Pre-loved Uniform Shop

The opening hours are now-

     *Tuesday 8.30-8.45am

     *Thursday 3-3.30pm

     *Friday 8.30-8.45am

Lunch Orders

On Thursdays, students can enjoy delicious Mexican lunches from Hola Mexico, available through the Flexischool app. 

The order cut-off time is 9:00pm on Wednesdays.

On Fridays, Subway lunches are available, and orders can be placed via the Canteen Hub. 

The cut-off time for these orders is 12:00pm on Wednesdays. 

Gate Opening and Closing Times

The gates open at 6:30am and close at 9:30am, then reopen at 3:00pm. 

If you need access outside of these hours, please call the office on 9781 3007. 

For safety, be cautious when entering through the main gate behind another vehicle outside of these hours, as it doesn’t have a sensor. 

We are not responsible for any vehicle damage in such situations.

CSEF - Camps, Sports, and Excursions Fund

The Camps, Sports, and Excursions Fund (CSEF) provides payments for eligible students to attend activities like: school camps or trips, swimming and school-organised sports programs, and outdoor education programs.

Forms are available at the office if you hold a current health care card, and would like to apply.
