Principal's Message

Dear Students, Parents and Guardians,
I trust this final edition of ‘What’s On’ finds all well.
There are many recent events worthy of mention in this message. Last week our Year 6 Graduation was a wonderful celebration, bringing together students, families and friends to honour this important milestone. The event captured the spirit of Cobram AGS perfectly—warm, supportive and filled with pride as our Year 6 cohort prepared to step confidently into the next stage of their learning journey.
Our Presentation Day Ceremony was another highlight, recognising the outstanding academic, cultural, sporting and service achievements of students across the school. It was a wonderful opportunity to affirm the hard work, dedication and character shown by so many students throughout the year.
There was a genuine buzz of excitement on Orientation Day as we welcomed nearly 100 new students who will be joining Cobram AGS in 2026. Their natural enthusiasm, coupled with the warm welcome from our existing students and staff, made for a vibrant and energising day. We are excited about the growth, diversity and new opportunities they will bring to our school community next year.
As we conclude the school year, I extend my sincere thanks to our School Council, our supportive staff, our proactive Parents and Friends, and of course our students, whose energy, kindness and commitment make our school such a special place.
We wish all members of the Cobram Anglican Grammar School community a safe, healthy and refreshing summer break, and we look forward to an exciting 2026 ahead.
A reminder that students return for the first day of Term 1 on Wednesday 28 January, 2026.
With regards,
Keith Willett
Principal
