Envirostar News

Firstly a big thank you to all of our wonderful Envirostars this year! We are very proud and lucky to have such a wonderful group of students that are so passionate about the environment. They meet regularly, giving up their lunch times to implement many of their great ideas as to improving sustainability at our school.

We had a very productive day preparing and planting our veggie patch last week. A very big thank you to Bunnings Oakleigh for sending the wonderful Rose to guide and assist our planting as well as supplying us with plants, manure and mulch. We also received new gardening gloves for the students and we are very grateful for this support. We are looking eagerly forward to cooking with our produce as it matures later this term.
