Principal's Reports

Library Furniture:

Thanks to Parents and Friends fundraising, we were able to purchase new shelving for the school library. Our library is looking fantastic. Thanks to Leanne McKane and volunteer helper Jacqui (Mrs Lewis' Mum) along with some helpful students all of the books have been moved off the old shelves and onto the new.

Harmony Day Competition:

Our School Cultural Leaders Zeke and Mav did a great job organising Harmony Day activities for our students. At the end of last term, they judged the colouring competition and awarded the following winners with prizes:

Prep- Maddison

Grade 1 - Zach P

Grade 2 - Mya

Grade 3/4 - Bel and Yaya

Grade 5/6 - Landon

Winning posters are on display in the main office area.

Student Suggestion Box Competition:

Our SRC ran a competition last term to jazz up the student suggestion box. Winners will get to decorate one side of the box each. The following winners were selected:

Prep/1 - Willow

1/2 - William

3/4 - Yaya and Piper

5/6 - Elise

Well done to our winners.

Huge thanks to Barry and Michael Neilson for their work in the car park over the holidays. Over the next couple of weeks, more gravel will be put down to help with the current situation.
