Lift the Lid Walk for Mental Health
On Sunday, 12th October, Jo Pampanella and Lidia Tizian took part in the Lift the Lid Walk for Mental Health at Coburg Lake, joining the community in walking and talking to raise funds for mental health research.
We have been fortunate to work closely with Emma Davis (District Governor), Rosemary Freeman, and Trevor Moyle in supporting this important cause. Rosemary also joined us at our school event on Tuesday, 14th October, where our student leaders and wellbeing team walked around the golf course to raise awareness for mental health.

We hope to continue growing this event each year as we promote the importance of mental wellbeing and finding the things that make us feel good—such as spending time with friends and family. At the end of the walk, students enjoyed a well-earned Zooper Dooper while reflecting on the experience and the message behind it.
