Break Times

Please take note of our break times. If you need to pick up your children during these times can you let reception know as early as possible so we can have them at reception prior to break.

First break: 10:55am-11:35am

Second break: 1:45pm-2:25pm

Changes to School Access

The reception doors will be locked between 9:00am and 2:50pm on Afternoon Gathering days, and between 9:00am and 3:15pm on Tuesdays.

During these times, our reception team will open the doors to allow access. If the reception desk is unattended, please use the doorbell located on the left-hand side of the door.

Secondhand Uniform

From next week, we will have summer uniform out on our secondhand uniform racks. Summer uniform is worn in term 4, so if you need anything please come and have a look. This will be located in our reception area. All items are $10 each except our woolen pullovers are $20 each.

Channels of Communication with Staff

Staff at SMCM may use Seesaw as a platform to share important announcements with families. However, staff are not directed to regularly monitor or respond to messages via Seesaw messages.

If you need to contact your child's teacher, please either (i) speak to them in person before or after school or (ii) contact them via their email address.

We will endeavour to respond to emails within 48 hours. Of course, if it is a matter of urgency, please contact our school office and we can redirect the message to the appropriate personnel.
