Student Wellbeing

Parent Cybersafety Information Evening

You're invited to an important conversation at SMCM in Penola on Wednesday, September 10, at 7 PM.

Join us for an evening led by expert speakers offering practical advice on how to help children build healthy digital habits and handle online situations that may cause discomfort, concern, or pose potential risks.

We understand how challenging it can be for parents to monitor gaming platforms, online chats, and the explicit content children may encounter on the internet or YouTube.

That’s why we’ve brought in the experts—to ensure you feel informed, confident, and empowered to support your child in navigating the digital world safely and responsibly.

We encourage you to take up this opportunity and look forward to seeing you next Wednesday evening.

Communication with your child's teacher.

This is a friendly reminder that the preferred method of communication with your child's teacher is via email. Casual conversations at the homegroup door or messages via Seesaw are best followed up with an email. Please allow time for teachers to respond, as they are unable to do so while teaching.
