Specialist Classes

This week marks the last opportunity for students to borrow books from the Library.  All books must be returned to the Library by Friday 28th. November. Please start searching for any books that may be missing.  Please note that our computer system is very accurate and books that children claim they did not borrow usually do appear at home.  If you are unable to locate missing books, please make a payment of $10.00 per book at the office.  This will enable us to replace lost stock.  Overdue notices have been issue.   Thank you.

SCIENCE

This term students across all age groups have been studying Chemical Science. Their units of work have involved a lot of hands on activities designed to build their Science Inquiry Skills and I have been blown away by the resilience and responsibility our wonderful students have demonstrated in their investigations. 

The Junior students thoroughly enjoyed creating chemical reactions in Science!

The Middle years students enjoyed testing whether substances would dissolve and how substances mixed into warm and cold water. 

The Senior students have been testing the properties of matter through a range of experiments!
