Using your SSB balances

The Department of Education closed the portal in July 2025 and all remaining SSB was transferred to family school accounts to be used for incursions/excursions.

The Compass SSB “work around” has been used with current events however there are a number of families who cannot see any credits. 

• If you cannot see credits available in your Compass event, please email fabian.harcus@education.vic.gov.au with the name of the event you want to use it for.  
• Please include your child’s name for quick processing.  
• You do not need to send screenshots.
