Last year our Materials & Design students crafted some fantastic mini quilts from your donations....thank you!!
In Term Three, our students will be making a posse of purses and a bunch of bags, but to do this we need colour.
Have you got an colourful cotton scraps or a fabric stash gathering dust? We'd love to give them new life in our classroom. Every scrap counts - from quilting squares to that summer dress that shrunk in the wash.
All donations can be dropped off to the College Office / Student Services.
School Holiday Care Program
The Term Two school holidays are fast approaching and we have a fantastic School Holiday Care Program planned. The program was developed in close consultation with our Early Learning and Outside School Hours Care (OSHC) students, so there is something for everyone to enjoy. From Disco to Yoga, Pool time to a PJ Party….even the MCC Cook Off!
Our Holiday Care program is open to both Mount Carmel College families and the wider community, offering fun-filled days of play, creativity and connection during the school holidays. If you are interested in joining our School Holiday Care program, please book through the Parent Portal. All bookings must be booked through Kidsoft by Friday 3 July, with the following excursion permission form completed at the same time. In line with our commitment to sustainability and reducing paperwork, the single permission form covers all excursions during the holiday program.
We ask that you carefully read through the excursion permission form and only select the excursions that your child will be attending. Please ensure the completed form is returned by the 3 July 2026.
Parent & Guardian Feedback

We are committed to fostering open and respectful communication, ensuring our expectations, policies, and support processes are transparent, accessible, and responsive to the needs of our community.
As part of this commitment, we actively seek feedback from parents and guardians to help us strengthen our practices and continually improve the support we provide to students and families.
We encourage our parents and guardians to provide honest and constructive feedback, knowing that your input is valued and helps shape ongoing improvements across our College community.
