Stage 3 Works Update

Construction of the Stage 3 facilities at Kildare Campus continues to progress well, with significant milestones being reached across the site.
The steel framework for the new Multi-Function Centre (MFC) is now complete, with exposed steelwork currently being painted. The roof has been installed, brickwork is around 70 per cent complete, and the striking structural glulam timber beams are now in place, creating an impressive feature within the building.
Inside, fit-out works are gathering pace, with internal framing well underway. Electrical rough-in works have commenced, while mechanical services, including air conditioning, are currently being installed throughout the building.
Outside, crews are progressing external plumbing and stormwater infrastructure, while preparations are underway for the installation of external wall cladding in the coming weeks.
With multiple trades working across the site each day, our builders are doing an excellent job coordinating works and maintaining strong momentum as this exciting project continues to take shape.
